2025 Event Sponsors

Diamond Sponsors-$3,500

In addition to the benefits of all the previous sponsorship tiers, at this level, the event is sponsored by your organization. For example: “The 2nd Annual Wisconsin EVA road trip, brought to you by Company X” will be written at the top of our website's home page. Your logo will appear on the front of the route booklet and official event shirts too. Lastly, your company will get an extensive "sponsor spotlight" (text/image provided by you and QR code displayed) on the inside cover of the official Road Trip booklet provided to participants.

Platinum Sponsors-$2,000

In addition to the previous three levels, sponsors at this level will get their logo on a banner at the finish line of the event. Additionally, enter an EV and the registration fee will be waived for up to 4 participants. Lastly, your company will get a free "sponsor highlight" (text of which provided by you) in the official Road Trip booklet provided to participants.

Gold Sponsors-$1,000

In addition to the previous two levels, sponsors at this level will also get their logo on the back of any official event T-shirts or sweatshirts. Your company will get a "sponsor spotlight" on the Wisconsin EVA's Facebook and Instagram accounts (text/picture provided by you). Enter an EV and the entry fee will be waived for 3 participants.

Silver Sponsors-$500

This level includes the benefits of the previous level with the additional benefit of having a clickable logo on this page. Enter an EV and the entry fee will be waived for 2 participants.

Bronze Sponsors-$250

At this level, your company logo will be displayed below, as well as on the back of the official route brochure. Enter an EV and the entry fee will be waived for one participant.

Entertainment Sponsor

Help us put more "fun" in this fundraiser by helping offset the costs of the entertainment portions of our Road Trip. These elements include the musical entertainment (David Zollo and Brian Cooper) on the night of August 15th in La Crosse, the brewery tour that we have planned for our lunch stop (at the Potosi Brewery) on August 16th, or even helping us bring guest speakers or other performers to our other Road Trip stops. You can pick a specific stop, or help out more generally. If you pick a specific stop you also receive the following perks:
A "sponsor spotlight" on the Wisconsin EVA Facebook & Instagram pages.
A banner, with your company logo, in a high traffic area, at the location you sponsor.

Food & Drink Sponsor

Help us offset a portion of the food and drink costs for Road Trip participants during the 2 day journey. We currently have meals planned for the start in Ashland, the finish in Madison, and 3 of our official stops. Any money that's left over will go into developing our grant program, which will help people/businesses/organizations in Wisconsin purchase charging equipment.

Cost: $500

Charging Sponsor

Help us by sponsoring a portion of the charging costs for our drivers during the two day journey around the state. Your sponsorship will help us reimburse drivers for a portion of their "fuel" costs. Join us as a Charging Sponsor and your company logo will be displayed below. Any money that's left over will go directly into the Wisconsin EVA's scholarship fund.
Cost: $200

Booklet Sponsor

Every Road Trip participant will be mailed an official route booklet prior to the event start. This will have maps of our planned route (in the middle of the booklet), charging locations along the route, and other important information. Your business logo will be placed above the map. Any money that's left over will go directly into our general operations budget.
